Very beautiful two-bedroom, one bath cottage. Has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances with all the amenities needed. Very spacious living room, as well as a 65” flat-screen TV with streaming options. One bedroom has a king-size bed, and the other has a queen-size bed. Private patio for outdoor relaxing with a firepit and Blackstone grille.

Has direct access to the Spearhead Trails Coal Canyon and is within walking

distance of the Appalachian School of Law and Mountain Mission School.
Located only 1 hour away from Welch, WV on the Hatfield McCoy Trail!

The property has direct access to Route 83. The property is flat with a very spacious driveway

with a large area for vehicles pulling trailers, making it easy to load and unload your ATV/UTV. 

Guest will have access to the entire house.
